Service Contracts

For us, the blessing and curse about technology is how often it changes. We joke that many of our clients suffer from “technology rot”. That is to say, if these systems aren’t used often things can go wrong on their own. We offer service contracts that generally address the following items:

  1. Regular checkups of the technology systems. Generally this is a quarterly checkup, but can be more or less often.
  2. Checking all components for software updates.
  3. Checking all components for new batteries or other consumable updates. 4. Reminding family members how to work all of their various systems.
  4. Reminding family members how to work all of their various systems.
