Josh, our computer support specialist, served as a Mac support specialist for over 12 years. He was a video editor and owned his own production company from 97-2000 in Florida. In addition to his Mac experience, he has 5 years experience in PC support. Most recently he was the IT Manager at Digital Kitchen NYC. When he’s not helping build systems and migrating mail accounts he works hard at building a full Casio analog keyboard museum and collecting kid robot vinyl toys.
